At-Home Teeth Whitening made Easy & Affordable! + a Giveaway!
Thanks to Smile Brilliant my smile is whiter and wider because I’m beyond excited to show it off! Being a blonde, I feel that my teeth need to be 2-3x whiter than everyone else and now it matches my hopes and dreams! After signing up online, my cute package arrived with everything needed to create my molds to send back for the custom fitted trays. The kit includes 3 sets of impression molds in case you make a mistake, and while I got my bottom tray right the first time, I had to re-make my top tray because I didn’t put my teeth the whole way in!
While I have horrible memories of doing these trays at the orthodontist because of the taste and gagging when it runs down your throat, this experience is the complete opposite and actually tastes good! The taffy material is much thicker than the old kind I had as a kid and is beyond easy to put in the trays and make the molds. After letting them sit for 30 min to dry, I dropped them off in the included envelope at the post office and got my custom fitted trays in a little over a week and was ready to start the whitening system!
My first time using the whitening gels was so convenient I was excited to do the next! Per treatment, which I did all mine daily (total of 6 whitening sessions) one syringe lasted my trays 3 sessions. I’ll describe the easy steps to the system:
- Brush Teeth without Toothpaste, dry teeth
- Fill trays with whitening gel and place on teeth for 45 min – 3 hours
- Remove tray and Brush teeth with toothpaste, dry trays and teeth
- Add desensitizing gel to trays and place on teeth for 15-20 min
- Remove trays and don’t drink/eat for 30 min
Since I have used other whitening systems, such as the LED lights and Crest Strips, I could easily compare this system and found that it went leaps and bounds beyond anything I’d tried before. When using other whitening systems, I found streaking and non-noticeable results, but with Smile Brilliant, after my first treatment I saw an immediate change!
Overall my results speak louder than any review, and I am happier than ever to have a pearly white smile!! My favorite part is that I still have 4 sets of whitening and desentizing gels left over and they stay good in the fridge for a year, so I can do it again.
