Trend Alert: Chunky Sneakers!

Summer is sadly coming to an end, but some of my favorite trends from this past season are here to stay; my favorite being chunky shoes! I’m so    excited to share one of my new favorite pairs of casual sneakers sponsored by FILA and Her Campus Media.

While I’ve owned several pairs of chunky shoes, finding the perfect pair of chunky sneakers is harder than you think, and as I was scrolling through Instagram, I saw these cuties and just had to have a pair! For this casual look, I’ve styled the new FILA Disruptor 2 with a favorite pair of black zella leggings and a classic Madewell white tee. To transition this outfit for the cooler weather, add a cute cardigan like this one, and it’ll keep you nice and cozy!

The best part of these chunky FILA shoes: beyond COMFY! I’ve tried on many pairs of chunky soled shoes, that feel clunky and have such a hard sole, they are very difficult to walk in, but the FILA Disruptor 2 is cushy and feels as if you’re floating on air. Y’all also know I can’t pass up anything pink! When I found out they came in pink, I couldn’t wait to not only style them for athleisure, but also with cute dresses and denim jackets tied around my waist.

This year, chunky sneakers have been on trend and look darling paired with tons of options, my favorite besides atheleisure, being a cute dress! I love looks like this for running errands around town or a casual dinner with my friends!
