Homemade Mac N’ Cheese

Happy Tuesday! Last week my little brother came over to help move our treadmill upstairs, so I treated him to homemade Mac N’ Cheese! It is perfect for picky eaters (no tomatoes or onions haha!) and is under 30 minutes to cook! This recipe makes quite a bit, so there will be plenty for leftovers too, which lasts up to 4 days in the fridge!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups small pasta shells
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 8-10 Ritz crackers
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fill large pot with water and set to boil.
- Add pasta to boiling water. While pasta cooks, cut cheddar cheese into small cubes. Strain pasta and place back in large pot.
- Slowly add butter, milk and cheese to pot on low heat. Stir slowly to allow cheese to melt. Once cheese has melted, pour pot of pasta into shallow cook wear.
- Top with crackers and bake for 5 min and serve!

I hope your family enjoys this recipe as much as we do- especially those picky eaters! Feel free to tag me when making this so I can share! I hope you all have a great rest of your week!
